Side Chest

1.  Bend your front leg slightly and spike you calve.

2.  Invert your front foot slightly to bring out your hamstrings

3.  Expand your chest by inhaling a deep breath.

4.  Bring your right arm over to your left with your right hand pushing down on you left forearm and your left forearm pushing upwards.

5.  Twist your body slightly by moving your left shoulder back and adding some depth to the pose but also allowing the judges to see you better.
