Rear Lat Spread 1. Bring right leg behind you slightly out and angled to show leg width and flex calf. 2. Bend slightly on your left leg. 3. Take both thumbs and draw a line from your back to your sides and flare your lats. (Don't come to far forward and round your shoulders out) 4. Keep your chest expanded by inhaling air and adding to your V-taper. 5. Arch your lower back slightly and show more cuts. 6. Keep head up and straight.
