Rear Double Biceps

1.  Bring either leg behind you slightly out and angled to show leg width and flex calf.

2.  Bend slightly on your front leg and point the foot out to add more size.

3.  Expand your chest by inhaling to add some size to the pose.

4.  Raise elbows above shoulder level and flex.

5.  Supinate your wrists (Draw your thumbs back) to help accentuate your biceps peak.

6.  Draw your elbows forward while keeping them above shoulder level and flare you lats out.

7.  Arch your lower back slightly and show more cuts.

8.  Keep your head up and straight.
