Front Lat Spread 1. Keep heels together and toes pointed at a 45 degree angle. 2. Flex you legs by drawing you hips back. 3. Take both thumbs and draw a line from your back to your side and draw your lats out. (Be sure not to come to far forward and and round your shoulders) 4. Keep your chest expanded but no inhaling and adding to the V-taper. 5. Keep your head up and straight.
